Accommodation
Six nights' accommodation is included in your registration fee. Teams and their advisors will be staying at the Oaks iStay River City, a 4.5 star hotel located right in the heart of Brisbane city. All rooms are self-contained and include internet access. The four team members will be staying in a two bedroom apartment (2 x single beds in each room) and advisors will be staying in a separate one bedroom apartment.
All teams are required to check into their accommodation on Sunday 17 November 2019 and check out on Saturday 23 November 2019.
Extending you stay?
Teams or individuals who would like to do so may extend their stay for up to 3 days on either side of the booking and receive the discounted booking rate. If you wish to extend your stay, please complete this form.
Please note:
The hotel provides - bath towels, soap, tea/coffee, tea towel, cleaning cloth, dishwashing detergent, coat hangers
They do not provide - hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer or tissues

Flights/Transfers
The cost of your flights and transfers are not included in your registration fee.
The Brisbane International Airport is located approximately 25 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

Taxis
Taxi ranks are conveniently located at both the International and Domestic Terminals.
At the Domestic Terminal, the taxi rank is located centrally in front of the terminal. At the International Terminal, the taxi rank is located at the northern end of Arrivals on Level 2. The approximate taxi fare from the airport into the city is around $50AUD.
Train
The Airtrain offers convenient services between the Airport and Brisbane City, as well as transfers between the Domestic and International Terminals. Airtrain operates every day between 5.45am and 10pm, departing every 15 minutes during peak hours. For the full Airtrain schedule and fare details please see www.airtrain.com.au.
Bus
Bus is not a reliable or easily accessible option of transport from the airport to Brisbane city, unless a private bus or transfer is booked for your group.
